He used to be the chief engineer and engineering director of many large-scale construction projects such as Beijing Lufthansa Center (3.4 billion yuan) and Motorola North Asia Center (65.438+0.6 billion yuan), and worked in the United States, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and other countries.
In 2000, he returned to China to establish Beijing MeiBurdon Science and Technology Company, engaged in e-government software development, and was the developer of Zhongguancun Digital Park, the first digital government in China.
In 2003, he won the national model worker in the information industry for leading the development of "Beijing SARS Epidemiological Information Management System" and was cordially received by General Secretary Hu Jintao as an outstanding entrepreneurial representative of overseas students. In 2006, he was elected as one of the top ten leading figures in the software field in China by the Ministry of Information Industry.
In 2008, the Central Organization Department arranged to enter the Central Party School for full-time study. Tsinghua University is a part-time visiting professor.
