There is a column in the resume management page that is set publicly. Your current resume should be "Entrusting Zhilian". Click here to enter the page. There are three options, namely "open", "confidential" and "entrust Zhilian". Just choose according to your requirements.

Confidentiality means that the enterprise can't find your resume, but if you want to apply for a position, the enterprise will check it.
