Male, 1968, born in Chaohu, Anhui, Han nationality. Deputy Director of Prevention Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, part-time researcher of Institute of Criminal Law Science, Beijing Normal University. 1990, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws, East China University of Political Science and Law. After 1996, he studied under Professor Gao Mingxuan, a famous criminal law scholar in China, and obtained a doctorate in law.
