1, Xuzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise that was restructured from the former Xuzhou Mining Bureau with the approval of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government in May, 1998. It is the investor of state-owned assets authorized by the provincial government, and its coal mining history exceeds 120 years. It is an important coal production base in Jiangsu Province and East China.
