In March, 2002, Yantai Shu Chi Bus Co., Ltd. was established through shareholding system reform with the contribution of employees of Yantai Automobile Transportation Group, a key bus manufacturer of the Ministry of Communications, with a registered capital of 58.98 million yuan, covering an area of/kloc-0.30 million square meters and a construction area of 58,000 square meters.
