1944 Xiaoxian Middle School merged with Yongcheng Middle School, and Zhangzhuangzhai in Xiaoxian County founded Jianshe Middle School.

1945, the school moved to Ding, Yongcheng County.

1946, Jianshe Middle School has grown to the scale of 1000 teachers and students. This revolutionary school, like the Northern Shaanxi Public School in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, has trained all kinds of construction talents for the revolutionary base areas and new China.

From 65438 to 0948, the school site of Xiaoxian Middle School in Anhui Province was located in Meicun in the south of Xiaoxian County, so it was called Meicun Middle School.

65438-0953, Xiaoxian Middle School was identified as one of the nine provincial key middle schools in Jiangsu Province.

1955 was identified as a key middle school in Anhui province due to zoning reasons.

In April 2000, the Provincial Department of Education officially approved Xiaoxian Middle School as a model ordinary high school in Anhui Province.
