At the invitation of Sendai Municipal Government of Japan, a delegation of Changchun Municipal Government, composed of Mayor Zhu of Changchun, Standing Committee of Municipal Party Committee and Propaganda Minister Yin Linong, will visit Sendai City on May 6-6, 2005 to participate in the 25th anniversary commemoration of "Sister Cities between Sendai City and Changchun City" organized by Sendai Municipal Government. During the day, the Changchun delegation will participate in a series of commemorative activities, including offering flowers to the Lu Xun Monument, attending the opening ceremony and exchange meeting of the friendly exchange photo exhibition between the two cities, and wishing the mayor and the mayor of Sendai to jointly plant a commemorative tree symbolizing the friendship between the two cities.
