Chen Fuli is an internationally renowned photographer with outstanding achievements in the history of photography in China. 19 16 was born in Chaoan, Guangdong. 1935 graduated from Guangdong Provincial Second Normal School (now Hanshan Normal College). The following year, I went to Nanyang to make a living. At first, I moved to Vietnam in Thailand, 1944, and began to get involved in photography. 65438-0955 settled in Hong Kong and engaged in commercial and amateur photography. He was keen on salon photography in his early days, and his works frequently won awards in international photography salons around the world. 1957- 196 1 ranked among the top ten photographers in the world for five consecutive years. Chen Fuli has a wide range of interests in photography, especially landscape photography. From 1959, he was deeply attracted by the magnificent mountains and rivers in China, and traveled to and from China many times, shooting a lot of beautiful scenery. In the AD1960s, he put forward the artistic idea of "combining painting with realism" and advocated the creative method of China landscape painting through landscape photography. He worked hard and formed a unique style full of poetry and China cultural charm.
During 1980, Chen Fuli invited many masters of Chinese painting, such as Wu Zuoren, Liu Haisu, Li Keran, Huangzhou, Yu Shao, Wu Guanzhong and Huang Yongyu. Spent a lot of time on their photographic works, and created a unique art form of "picture in picture" through cross-media creation of photography and painting.
In the 1980s, Chen Fuli's artistic style tended to be the combination of modern aesthetic structure and the interest of Chinese painting, resulting in innovative works such as White Wall, Frost Leaves Red in February Flowers, A Thousand Miles Together, and Every Family Helps Me Go Home and Get Drunk.
Mr. Chen Fuli has been committed to promoting photography for a long time and has become an outstanding leader in photography activities. 1952 participated in the establishment of the Vietnam Photography Society; 1958 participated in the establishment of the Hong Kong Chinese Photography Society; /kloc-founded "Photographic Illustrated Monthly" (formerly known as "The Art of Photography") in 0/960 and served as the chairman; 1979 was elected as the vice chairman of China Photographers Association; 1980 participated in the establishment of CTS Press, and published China Tourism magazine "A Brief Introduction to Chen Fuli" to promote the tourism development of China with photography; 1988 participated in the establishment of the Hong Kong and Macao Photography Association and was elected as the first president; 1995 was elected honorary president of the World Chinese Photography Society.
Chen Fuli's photographic works are very rich. There are more than ten kinds of published works, including Selected Photographs of Chen Fuli (1996), Poems and Shadows (2005) and Illustrated Painting-Joining China's Famous Painters (2008).
Mr. Chen Fuli used to be a member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the All-China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a vice chairman of the Chinese Photographers Association, a chairman of Photographic Illustrated, an honorary president of the World Chinese Photography Society, an honorary president of the Hong Kong Chinese Photography Society forever, a president of Hong Kong China Tourism Publishing House, and an honorary professor of Beijing Film Academy, Shantou University and Hanshan Teachers College.
His outstanding artistic achievements and outstanding contributions to society have won him a high reputation.
