First, Zhao Gao of Qin.
The idiom "refer to a deer as a horse" refers to this person.
Zhao Gao, one of the famous eunuchs in history, was well versed in prison law and was highly valued by Qin Shihuang, who became the teacher of his second son, Hu Hai.
Zhao Gao is good at reading people's minds. In 2 10 BC, Qin Shihuang died on his way out. Zhao Gao launched a dune coup, conspired with Prime Minister Reese to forge letters, forced Qin Shihuang's eldest son Fu Su to commit suicide, and appointed Emperor Hu Hai, namely Qin Ershi and Zhao Gao, as doctors.

Lai Junchen started by informers, and organized hundreds of rogue informers, which won the trust of Wu Zetian. He served as a counselor, Zuo Taiyu, Zhong Cheng, a servant and Shao Qing, and built a large prison, which is famous for being good at making all kinds of cruel instruments of torture. He used various means such as extorting confessions by torture to fabricate charges at will and killed many ministers, members of imperial clan and their families.

Later, Princess Taiping and others exposed Lai Junchen's evil deeds. After all, Wu Zetian trusted her daughter and ordered the execution of Lai Junchen.
Third, Li in the Tang Dynasty

Li Longxi, the prime minister of the Tang Dynasty, is the cousin of Li Yuan.
