Lugansk (луганська), formerly known as voroshilovgrad, is the hometown of voroshilov, one of the top ten marshals in the Soviet Union. It is the capital of Lugansk State in the easternmost part of Ukraine. The region is close to Russia and, like many other states in eastern Ukraine, mainly speaks Russian. Lugansk is definitely not a big city. Compared with other big cities, there are relatively few people in China, so people in China are relatively safe here. At the very least, the police won't bother you, and the locals are relatively simple and rarely meet unfriendly people, but drunkards are another matter. However, it should be noted that the city is relatively short of materials.
