Geng Orientation: Zi Zailun, a native of Hubei (now Hong 'an), was a famous scholar in Ming Dynasty. The average year of birth and death is unknown. After the founding of New China, eight generals in Hong 'an were awarded titles: Guo, former deputy director of the training and directing department of the People's Liberation Army; Zhou Chunquan, former first deputy director of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army; Han Xianchu, former consultant and member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission; Qin Jiwei, former State Councilor and Minister of National Defense; Chen Xilian; Wang Chenghan, former deputy prime minister of the State Council and former commander of Chengdu Military Region; and Xie Fuzhi, former deputy prime minister of the State Council.
