First, ideological quality and building a clean and honest party style
In terms of building a clean and honest government, our department has further raised the awareness of clean government among all staff through concentrated study and typical case education, ensured the implementation of the work of building a clean and honest government and anti-corruption work in this department, and better implemented the "Responsibility Letter for Building a Clean and Honest Government".
According to the deployment of the center to create a municipal civilized unit, our department actively carried out related work, and Comrade Zhang Dongping also issued an initiative at the mobilization meeting of the center to create a municipal civilized unit.

Safety work is the top priority of inspection work, and the elevator inspection department has always regarded safety work as its top priority.
Our department strictly follows the requirements and work in accordance with the safety management target responsibility letter signed with the center, implements the policy of "safety first, prevention first", and firmly establishes the idea that "safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai". In view of the specific situation and existing problems in the inspection work, adhere to the on-site pre-inspection meeting system. Before each inspection, the inspectors should make safety disclosure and technical disclosure to the elevator users and construction units, explain the safety requirements in the inspection work, and avoid unsafe behaviors of the users and construction units in the inspection process.
As the first person responsible for the safety management of the department, the principal and deputy departments often inspect the site to supervise the safety work, and urge the inspectors to operate in strict accordance with the inspection safety operation procedures before and during the inspection. Those who do not meet the inspection safety conditions will not be inspected, and safety accidents will be strictly controlled. At the same time, do a good job in fire control and public security seriously and actively, so that the safety work can be implemented.
By strengthening the safety and public security management within the department, the occurrence of major safety accidents has been eliminated. No money, bills, files and other public property were lost, stolen or leaked.
Third, work quality management.
Organize all staff of the department to study national standards, inspection procedures and central quality system documents every week, discuss practical problems encountered in inspection work, analyze the problems found in the inspection report of the quality and technology department, find out the weak links in inspection work and solve them, so as to improve the level and quality of inspection technology.
Department directors and deputy directors often go to the inspection site regularly and irregularly to conduct spot checks on newly installed, renovated, maintained and regularly inspected elevators and escalators, strictly control the quality of inspection work and put an end to dereliction of duty in major inspection work.
Fourth, administrative objectives.
In order to do a good job in team building and system construction, our department has improved the distribution method directly linked to testing quality, testing safety and testing charge rate, and encouraged employees in this department to work actively. By improving the treatment of technical backbone personnel, arouse the enthusiasm of inspection personnel to improve their academic qualifications. By making the annual training assessment plan and taking the test results as the test of the training effect, the inspectors are encouraged to consciously learn professional and technical knowledge and the combat effectiveness of the team is improved.

This year, our department has implemented the working mode of contracting inspection tasks for inspection teams in suburban counties, and achieved good results.

In order to improve the service quality, our department has continuously strengthened the service awareness education for the personnel of this department, and constantly learned about the work of employees and inspectors from elevator users and construction units, and made timely improvements when problems were found. In June this year, our department cooperated with the quality and technology department to conduct on-site inspection and appraisal of our inspectors, which improved our staff's sense of responsibility and service.
According to the Center's Provisions on Timely Notification of Major Accident Hidden Dangers of Special Equipment, the notification and report of major accident hidden dangers should be done carefully. After the inspection of each elevator is completed, the inspected unit should be informed in writing immediately, and the personnel of the inspected unit should confirm and sign it. The specific situation of serious accidents found in the inspection shall be reported to the local administrative supervision department by registered mail within the specified time.
In order to improve the theoretical level and practical work skills of our inspectors, according to the requirements of the big training, drills and exams of the Municipal Bureau, our/KLOC-0 inspectors went to the enterprise to participate in the drills for three months, and five inspectors were selected to participate in the elevator inspector training organized by the National Bureau.
Six, check the mission objectives
The fixed inspection rate reached 94%, the inspection rate of declared equipment and the reporting rate of major accidents reached 100%, and the witness materials were collected and reported in time according to regulations.
VII. Business Development
In terms of business development, our department carried out the inspection of elevator speed limiter in an all-round way after completing the equipment of elevator speed limiter tester at the end of May. 1535 elevator speed limiter has been checked in the first half of the year.
At the same time, the inspection of villas, elevators and marine elevators and the entrusted evaluation and appraisal work have also been actively explored.
VIII. Scientific and Technological Work
Actively carry out scientific research, completed the municipal bureau project "Chongqing elevator safety operation guarantee conditions and emergency treatment countermeasures", and now enters the final acceptance stage. At the same time, the formulation of the Inspection Rules for Elevator Speed Limiter jointly carried out by our department and Fuling Sub-center is progressing steadily. In the first half of 20xx, our employees published many professional papers in national and provincial journals.
Nine, experience
In the first half of the year, our department implemented the method of all-in-one inspection tasks for the inspection teams in the outer suburbs, which improved the inspection efficiency of the outer suburbs and tasted the sweetness brought by the changes.
In the past, the inspection work in the outer suburbs was arranged by all departments. Due to the frequent inspections, many districts and counties, scattered inspection time and other reasons, the outer suburbs and counties have fewer inspections and more inspections, and are also plagued by traffic problems, which greatly affects the inspection efficiency. In the first half of this year, after the inspection task of the inspection team was contracted to suburban counties, under the unified control of the department, each suburban county had a special person to contact the district and county bureaus, users and maintenance units to check the time, and was able to arrange the elevator inspection of suburban county users and maintenance units relatively centrally, which was highly recognized by users, especially maintenance units.
There are also many difficulties in actual implementation. Continue to explore and improve the inspection of elevators in suburban counties, and carry out reform and exploration in other aspects to improve the overall inspection efficiency.
