Which one is good for yoga instructor training?
200 hours is like an appetizer, and 300 hours is the real main course.

200 hours of yoga teacher training is the most common certification provided by yoga clubs today. It covers all basic knowledge elements such as theory, philosophy, yoga anatomy, accurate practice and understanding of yoga poses, energy flow, breath control, meditation, chanting, yoga beam closing, cleaning, meditation principles and techniques, yoga physical therapy and health care foundation, etc., and is ready for those who intend to start teaching yoga.

Even if the courses vary from teacher to teacher, a good 200-hour teacher training should provide you with the skills and knowledge to organize and teach the courses confidently.

300 hours is also called the second-level yoga teacher training course, which is suitable for students who have completed the first-level 200-hour training. Therefore, only by completing the first-level training can we have 300 hours of teacher training.

A 300-hour course cannot replace the first-level training. 300 hours of training is more intense and takes longer. It is often called "advanced yoga teacher training" because its goal is to help you improve your teaching skills and personal practice on the basis of 200 hours of certification. Its curriculum is completely different.

During the 300-hour training, you will deepen your understanding of basic poses and learn to teach more challenging "advanced" poses. You will also have a deep understanding of yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy and physiology.

It also includes: advanced hand adjustment, handstand, hand balance, back bending, upper body thoracotomy, shoulder opening, lower body hip opening, yoga personal training and so on. These contents will enable students to better understand their physical and practical journey, and also include teaching skills so that students can hold their own seminars in the future.
