Liang Wenyong: Male,1born in March 1967, member of NLD. Postdoctoral degree in law, postdoctoral degree in finance and doctorate in management. He has been a lecturer at the Law School of South China University of Technology, deputy director of the Legal Education Evaluation Center of China University of Political Science and Law, adjunct professor at guizhou minzu university Law School and teaching research office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. He is currently a professor at Shiliang Law School of Changzhou University, the president of Jiangsu Institute of Finance and Taxation Policy, and the executive president of China Institute of Finance and Taxation Strategy. He is also the deputy director of NLD Central Political and Legal Committee, a part-time lawyer of Beijing Huashui Law Firm, and holds the qualification certificate of independent director and lawyer.
