Tang Ya: female, born in 1975, Ph.D. in finance. 20 10 9 joined as assistant professor of finance at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Dr Tang Ya's research interests involve financial markets, behavioral finance and corporate finance. 20 16 June to present, he has been an independent director of the company.
