At that difficult stage, God sent an angel baby "Yang Yang" classmate and gave me a message. Seize the opportunity and thank her again.
Feeling after learning:
1, after studying for more than one year, at least 4~5 days a week are in a state of peace of mind; I will always be happy with you, and I can play with my children.
2. Every time I get emotional, I can detect my own problems within a few minutes, and then I can start transformation exercises to reduce many complaints and expectations for my children and husband. At present, my husband's understanding is advancing by leaps and bounds, and he can basically share his feelings every day.
3. Children have changed greatly. I never worry about studying, mainly because of emotional problems. I used to be so angry that I shut myself in my room and screamed hysterically. Now, after I get emotional, I usually get up in less than 5 minutes. I used to care about other people's opinions, but now I care, but I will change my mind quickly. I often say, that's your idea, and I like myself.
