Seven, economic guarantee:
1. The proof of financial guarantee for the state to fully subsidize the personnel going abroad is provided by our center. Scholars who are not fully funded by the state are required to provide the original 1 copy and 2 copies of the economic guarantee. The official letter paper of the company is printed in German, signed by the leader and stamped with the official seal of the company. Content: It should be noted that all expenses during going abroad shall be borne by * *.
2. Those who have received financial aid from Germany, such as those who have enjoyed scholarships from DAAD, Albert, Adenauer, Saidel, Krupp Humboldt and Goethe Institute, shall present three copies of German financial aid certificates when applying for a visa.

X. notarized materials:
Anyone who applies for a visa for more than 90 days must provide 1 original and 2 copies of the notarial certificate of the highest degree in China and Germany. If you are a domestic public student, when applying for a visa, you must provide the original notarized copy of 1 Chinese and German and two copies of the certificate of studying in the relevant domestic institutions (this notarized material and the certificate of studying in Item 9 are two materials, which the applicant must provide).
1 1. Visa validity: If you apply for a visa to go abroad for more than 90 days (excluding 90 days), the embassy will issue a Class D entry visa with a validity period of 90 days, and you need to go through the long-term residence formalities after arriving in Germany.

Anyone who applies for a visa within 90 days (including 90 days) must provide a bank passbook (1 original, 1 copy) or a bank statement (1 original, 1 copy) within the last 6 months.
14. Time required for visa processing: After the application materials are sent to the German Embassy, it will take about six weeks to complete the visa. Individual cases take longer.
15. Since March 1 2008, the German Embassy in China has started to apply for electronic visas for people who have been abroad for less than 3 months (including 3 months). This form needs to be in duplicate.
16. Applicants who apply for a long-term visa in Germany with an ordinary official passport (more than 90 days, excluding 90 days) are required to provide an English resume in triplicate.
17. If you apply for a German visa with an ordinary official passport, you must provide one original and one copy of the task approval document; Copy of the approval document of political examination.
18. According to the regulations of the Visa Office of the German Embassy in China, anyone who holds a personal passport must go to the Visa Office of the German Embassy in China or the Visa Office of the German Consulate General in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu for an interview. Therefore, please apply for a visa to Germany in accordance with this regulation, and get a note and proof of financial guarantee from our office before the interview. Other procedures for going abroad on business are still handled by my office. Personnel sent to Germany with business passports are handled by our office in a unified way, and there is no need for interviews.
The first, third and fourth materials mentioned above must be submitted for handling bills and economic guarantees.
Tip:
1. Please make an appointment with the visa office of the German Embassy in China before the interview. The appointment method can be found on the above website.
2. Applicants belonging to Shanghai Pavilion, Guangzhou Pavilion and Chengdu Pavilion need to prepare other visa materials, because the visa materials required by these three pavilions are different from those required by Beijing Embassy. Please check with the relevant exhibition hall.
