Its characteristics are unrestrained, intangible, internal and external, dependent and natural. Martial arts elements such as hand, eye, body, method, step, adhesion, connection, entanglement, defense, obedience, separation, turning, beating, turning and rolling have evolved into a vivid and confusing realm. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Dujiazhuang Guo, Longyao County, completed his studies and became a scholar, teaching Gao Rongchang martial arts in Gaozhuang Village, Ningjin County. Liu, a liberated village in Gaotu, and Feng Fa, a rural village in Cao Zhuang, led the way, became a major school of local martial arts, with a deep understanding of its methods, devoted to cultivation, and formed a system of its own, widely teaching students.
