Life goes on, so we have to start looking for a job quickly. It's time to take time to write a resume. Do you really know how to write a resume? The following is what my resume includes. Welcome everyone to learn from it, I hope it will help you.
What does a resume include? 1 resume page
No matter how experienced, the resume only needs one page, and the length of one page is HR's favorite. Never, never add a cover.
Personal basic information
The filling of basic information needs screening, not the richer and more detailed, the better. It is suggested to use personal name as the title, plus contact phone number, e-mail address, date of birth and political views.
Name: If you have a common English name, you can write it in brackets after the Chinese name.
E-mail: school e-mail and 163 e-mail are recommended, but QQ e-mail is not recommended. It is suggested to name the mailbox with your own name, or you can add the current year.
Telephone: It is suggested to write it in a form that is easy to dial, such as (86) 188-888-8888.
Other personal information: age, gender, political status, nationality, place of origin, etc. It is secondary information and can be filled in selectively.
working strength
Job hunting intention is independent of other modules, so it needs to be described clearly and specifically, so that HR can quickly know what position you are submitting.
head portrait
Private enterprises/state-owned enterprises suggest putting avatars, while foreign enterprises suggest not putting avatars.
Chinese resumes can put avatars, but English resumes are not recommended.
If you decide to put an avatar, you must use a registered photo/professional photo taken by a professional photo studio, not a life photo or a selfie.
Resume name
Remember, HR didn't see you until after opening your resume, but decided whether to open it first, so it's important to name your resume.
What does a resume include? 2 resume text module.
I want to tell you a key principle: the principle of relevance.
You should know that the company's recruitment is not the best, but the most suitable. Being able to meet the requirements of job application is the core of resume.
Therefore, when writing your resume, you must study the recruitment requirements of the target company, find out what the recruiter values from the job responsibilities and requirements, and point out what matches you have with the target company, and try to write as little experience as possible that has nothing to do with the job application.
In addition to basic information, there are generally four modules, namely:
Education experience
If the highest degree is greater than the bachelor's degree, write a bachelor's degree or above.
If you have exchange experience in the middle, you can write no more than three educational experiences.
Students who have not graduated must remember that the expected graduation time should be filled in on the graduation time, and never write "so far" again. HR just wants to know when you will graduate.
In addition to writing about school, major, education, enrollment and graduation time, you can also write the following three parts in your educational experience:
GPA: If the GPA is greater than 3.0, it must be written on your resume. Usually fill in two digits and indicate the total score. It belongs to the top. You can describe the ranking.
Honor Award: Choose several awards with the highest gold content, and don't list the same award repeatedly.
Some positions can increase language and computer skills. Not only that, others such as accounting certificate, teacher qualification certificate and tour guide certificate are also the display of personal strength.
Internship experience
Internship experience is the main body of a student's resume, and it is generally best to write 2-3 paragraphs of internship experience.
It should also be noted that the internship experience should not be too short. If each internship is only 1 month, the score will be lowered, and at least one internship will be more competitive for more than 2-3 months.
If there is only 1 internship, don't worry. Describe the specific work content and achievements as detailed as possible to show your ability.
If the internship experience is too much and too scattered, it is suggested that the internship experience of less than 3 months can be omitted, and the experience unrelated to the applied position can also be omitted. What is more important is to ensure the enrichment of each experience and highlight the key points.
If the awareness of the enterprise name is low, a more famous product name can be added in brackets after the company name. If it is an unknown enterprise, it is suggested to supplement the company's industry and business.
It is best to describe the specific work content in 2-5 paragraphs for each experience. It is suggested to write according to different work contents, and try not to cross and repeat.
The key is that the content must not be too general, and the description should try to adhere to the star principle of "specific work content+quantitative results".
