Resume: introduce your three-year university ranking, especially indicating that you have the opportunity of parole.
If you participated in a project and won any awards (from universities), you'd better write them down, too.
I used to be the head of a class or college (but it doesn't matter much)
As for the preparation materials, don't think about it. When your resume and the completed form are sent to that foreign school, if you pass the preliminary examination (generally as long as you are eligible for parole), someone in that school will inform you what to prepare.
Also, you should always pay attention to official website in that school, and there will be a notice on it.
