Zheng Qian, lecturer, doctoral student, research direction is public management and public policy. He is good at problem-oriented interdisciplinary comprehensive research, mainly engaged in the research on the supply mechanism of public goods. This paper focuses on the multi-center supply theory of public goods, and analyzes and discusses the supply mechanism of public goods by using the policy network theory.
