Head nurse is a senior title of nursing staff. The main job is to guide undergraduate nursing technology, scientific research and nursing teaching under the leadership of nursing department and head nurse.
Head nurse reporting conditions:
1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, or have a bachelor's degree or above, and have been employed as a deputy chief nurse for 5 years;
2. During the period of serving as deputy chief nurse, the average annual working time of participating in clinical nursing, nursing management and nursing teaching is not less than 35 weeks;
3. There are no less than 240 records of responsible nurses and quality control nurses on the first page of medical records.
Evaluation conditions:
1, proficient in basic theoretical knowledge and skills of nursing;
2. Deeply understand the current situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, and apply new theories, new knowledge and new technologies to clinical practice;
3, can independently solve complex or major technical problems, can guide the professional primary nursing staff.
Head nurse job requirements:
1, systematically master the basic theory and professional knowledge of this discipline, and be familiar with the knowledge of related disciplines;
2, familiar with the professional disease care routine and technical operation procedures;
3, can fully understand the current situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, and can apply the latest technical achievements to nursing practice;
4. Have rich nursing experience, be able to independently handle complex and difficult problems in this major and solve major technical problems;
5, work performance is more significant, obtain high value clinical nursing technology or research results, published, published a higher level of papers and works;
6, high academic level, have the ability to guide and train the next level of health technical personnel;
7. Proficient in using a foreign language to obtain medical information and conduct academic exchanges;
