Thanks to the concern and trust of the bureau leaders and comrades, I was hired to be in charge of the education department of the bureau this year 1 month. I joined the work in 2006 and worked as a monopoly inspector and director of rural wholesale department. In 2006, he was hired as the deputy section chief of the department of human education through competition, and later he was hired as the deputy director of the office, the deputy director of the monopoly office and the section chief of the department of human education. In my work, I faithfully seek truth and strive for practical results, and my work has been recognized by leaders and comrades. I chose the post of Chief of General Department because I feel that through my own efforts and everyone's help, I am confident to do this job well.
I have a certain theoretical knowledge and professional level, and have a strong ability to accept new knowledge and new ideas. In order to constantly adapt to the requirements of enterprise management, I actively participate in the training of various management knowledge organized by superior organizations. After work, I subscribed to and read a lot of books on management, and constantly improved my knowledge and level.

The work of the comprehensive department is policy-oriented and concrete, and we must work hard to be realistic and pragmatic. The work responsibility of the general department is very heavy, which requires both retreat and pragmatism.
