Mei Yonghong, 1987, graduated from the Agricultural Department of Huazhong Agricultural University. 1987 to 1995 working in the agricultural mechanization technology extension station of the Ministry of Agriculture; 1995 to 1997, former rural center of state science and technology commission; 1997, worked in the general office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and served as deputy director and director of the research and publicity department, deputy director of the general office and director of the research office, mainly engaged in the research of science and technology development strategy and policy and the drafting of important documents.
