/kloc-0 was born in September, 1964./kloc-0 joined the public security work in August, 1984. Before his death, he was a member of the Party Committee of Fujian Provincial Public Security Department, deputy mayor of Fuzhou, director of the Public Security Bureau and a first-class inspector. Zeng Rongli won the second class merit twice and the third class merit 1 time, and won the personal commendation of the national special struggle against evil in 20021year.
On September 25th, 20021year, Comrade Pan Dongsheng broke down from long-term overwork and died in the line of duty at the age of 57.
