China Petrochemical Group Company has developed from an unknown newly established company among the top 500 companies in the world to an internationally renowned energy and chemical company, leaving its own glorious chapter in the history of petroleum industry in China and even the world. At present, Sinopec is the largest supplier of refined oil and petrochemical products in China and the largest oil refining company in the world.
In the past 37 years, Sinopec has welcomed nine helm. They led the company from small to large, from weak to strong, one after another. During the growth of Sinopec, they also walked out of different life paths. Some of them worked hard and eventually became officials and deputy countries. Some of them devoted their whole lives to the oil industry, while others forgot their original intention and relaxed themselves during their tenure, leaving lifelong regrets.

Chen Jinhua (1983.07~ 1990.08)
Chen Jinhua (July1929 ~ July 20 16), a native of Qingyang, Anhui Province, graduated from Renmin University of China, and graduated from the Department of Industrial Economics, Political Economy and Chinese Language of Beijing TV University.
1July, 1983 to1August, 1990, he served as the general manager of China Petrochemical Corporation.
Before taking office, Chen Jinhua was a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy director of the Municipal Revolutionary Committee, deputy secretary of the Municipal Committee, deputy mayor and director of the Municipal Planning Commission.
After leaving office, Chen Jinhua successively served as director of the National Economic System Reform Commission (now NDRC), director of the State Planning Commission (now NDRC) and vice chairman of the Ninth China People's Political Consultative Conference.
Chen Jinhua has experienced the initial stage to the growth stage of Sinopec. 1July, 983, sinopec group was founded. The former Ministry of Petroleum, the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Ministry of Textile and 39 local enterprises and institutions were all included. 1985 65438+ 10, the domestic petroleum products business was managed by the head office. The former Petroleum Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and its subordinate units were placed under Sinopec. 1986 in may, Sinopec no longer set up the board of directors, and implemented the general manager responsibility system, with Chen Jinhua as the party secretary. 1February, 988, Sinopec was no longer under the centralized management of the Ministry of Energy, and was directly under the State Council. In August 90, Chen Jinhua was transferred to the State Commission for Economic Restructuring, and Sheng Huaren was promoted to the top position.

Sheng huaren (1990.08~ 1998.03)
Sheng Huaren (65438+September ~ 0935), a native of Sheyang, Jiangsu Province, graduated from Nanjing Chemical Company and is a senior economist.
1August 1990 to1March 1998, served as general manager and party secretary of China Petrochemical Group Corporation.
Before becoming Sinopec, Sheng Huaren was the director of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the deputy general manager of Sinopec Group.
After leaving office, Sheng Huaren successively served as director of the State Economic and Trade Commission, member of the 9th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), vice chairman and secretary general of the 10th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC).
Sheng Huaren reigned for eight years. During the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, the refining capacity of petrochemical companies reached 654.38+600 million tons, accounting for 84.9% of the total crude oil processing capacity in China, making it the third largest refining company in the world after Shell and Exxon. 1993 Shanghai Petrochemical H shares and A shares are listed in Hong Kong and Shanghai respectively, and Zhenhai Refining and Chemical H shares are listed in Hong Kong 1994. 1March 1998, Sheng Huaren was transferred to the State Economic and Trade Commission, and Li was promoted to the top position.

Li (13 ~ 0945), a native of Datong, Shanxi Province, graduated from Beijing Petroleum Institute with a major in refining engineering, with a university degree and a professor-level senior engineer.

Before taking office, Li worked in Qilu Petrochemical Company for many years, then he was promoted to Deputy General Manager and Executive Deputy General Manager of Sinopec, and later transferred to Chairman and General Manager of China Donglian Petrochemical Company.
After leaving office, Li successively served as Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Director state administration of work safety, Minister of Industry and Information Technology, and Deputy Director of the 11th and 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Economic Commission.
After Li took office, he experienced a major adjustment of "two barrels of oil". Eight oil fields, including Shengli, Zhongyuan, Jiangsu and Jianghan, which belong to PetroChina, belong to Sinopec. Sinopec's 13 refineries, including Daqing, Fushun, Liaoyang and Lanzhou, are classified as PetroChina. In the same year, six enterprises of China Donglian Petrochemical Company, oil companies in several provinces and cities and more than 8,000 gas stations were merged into Sinopec. 1July, 1999, China Petrochemical entered the world's top 500 enterprises for the first time, ranking 73rd and first in China.
