I have been diving before, and I want to make some contribution to you this time. About AC itself, I think other friends have written in detail, and I don't think I have much to share with you. I didn't get many interviews, but I am proud that almost all the interviews have been successfully passed so far. I am here to share with you the process of preparing for the interview, hoping to help you in the future.

1. Be clear about your self-awareness, don't blindly submit your resume, and be sure to choose the right industry:

I think before choosing any enterprise, I must ask myself whether it is suitable for this enterprise and whether it is related to this enterprise when I want to do it most in the future. All good starts are based on a full understanding of yourself. Don't disturb your thoughts for some attractive factors (such as salary). For example, don't go to an investment bank to make more money. LZ only launched the rapidly disappearing SC in this recruitment season and only locked in a few (of course, Unilever is 65438 +0:p).

2. All success must be based on adequate preparation:

Personally, I don't believe that AC depends solely on your personal collocation (this is really important), and excellent play must also be a necessary factor. I believe that every family is looking for job seekers with matching abilities and personalities. My suggestion here is to have a general understanding of the interview situation through limited resources, and then make adequate and targeted preparations. Take me personally as an example, let's talk about the case analysis part. My preparation materials are Harvard case book, Unilever acquisition case report and supply chain management case analysis report. Remember, you must be good at summing up and find your own framework. Don't simply worship 4C 4P 5 force, etc. . Personally, I think that enterprises will only consider your personality after you have demonstrated your abilities well.

3. Be confident, relax and don't take it too seriously:

Before the interview, you can fill your body with tension and fear. But once you enter the interview room, you must enter the best state! I believe that after every successful interview, everyone will feel very high in the interview. Remember not to take your grades too seriously, which will hinder your progress.

4. Be yourself and don't say what you don't want to say:

Don't always think about what kind of talents the enterprise needs, and what I can do to please each other. Everyone in front of us is an old hand and has read countless people. In fact, our skills will be almost finished in a few minutes. So don't hide anything, be sure to show your true self. Make a two-sided choice, don't just let enterprises choose us.

5. Professionalism:

This is not difficult:) clothing, language, etiquette and other issues. .
