Female, Han nationality, born in March of 197 1, from Yueqing, Zhejiang Province, joined China in May of 1993, and joined the work in July of 1993, with a university degree. He used to be the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Ningbo Normal University, the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the West Campus of Ningbo University, the deputy secretary and secretary of the Youth League Committee of Ningbo University, the deputy head of Beilun District of Ningbo City, the standing committee member and the organization department minister, and the secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.
