It refers to an ancient astronomical instrument created by ancient scientists in China to measure the positions of the sun, moon and stars. Kannonji, Qingdao, located in Cuobuling, Shibei District, Qingdao, was originally named "Huang De 'an" and also called "Yugu Temple". It was built in Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty and Chenghua period of Ming Dynasty.
