Step 1: Go to the website of ICBC www.bj.icbc.com.cn Branch and select "Credit Card Service" in the middle.

Step 2: Select "Handling Peony Transportation Card" in the upper left corner and enter.

Step 3, select the "Online Reservation and Card Replacement for Traffic Cards" service in the upper left corner. (New drivers can also choose the first one: new drivers apply for peony traffic cards. )

Step 4, fill in the options one by one.
