1988 after graduating from university, I worked in a state-owned industrial enterprise as a production process engineer and production dispatcher, with experience in production scheduling and production site management. 1993 Master of Engineering. 1993- 1997 Lecturer of Wuhan Institute of Science and Technology. From 1995, he systematically studied the theories and methods of modern production management from Professor Chen Rongqiu, a famous production management scientist in China, and was admitted to Professor Chen Rongqiu's doctoral program on 1997 to study for a doctorate in production management. He graduated from Ph.D. in June 2000 and joined the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University in July of the same year. In 2002-2003, he studied at the University of Pittsburgh in the United States. In 2006, he participated in the MBA case teaching teacher training course organized by Ivy Business School of Qianlu University in western Canada and Harvard Business School in the United States. In 2007-2008, he was funded by the National Scholarship Fund to go to the United States for further study and cooperative research. In 20001year, he was hired as a master tutor, a professor in 2007 and a doctoral tutor in 2008.

He presided over 3 national natural science foundations, participated in 2 national 863 programs, presided over the cooperative 863 program 1 sub-project, and participated in many other provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. Innovative achievements have been made in the theory and method of production planning and control, integrated operation and management of supply chain in manufacturing enterprises. In 2000, the academic book Supply Chain Management was jointly published with Ma Shihua and Lin Yong, which became one of the most influential research works on supply chain management in China, and was reprinted 18 times, which was widely cited by academic circles. As one of the three winners, he won the second prize of Hubei Science and Technology Progress in 2002 for his key role in the National 863 Program.

Published modern production and operation management, production and operation management, production and operation management foundation, production and operation management course and other teaching materials and works. From 1994 to 2008, he published more than 20 papers1in professional academic journals and conference proceedings at home and abroad as an independent or first author.
