1948 ——1950 Professor of Agricultural College of Sichuan University and Professor of West China University.

1952 ——1960 Professor, Department of Horticulture, Zhejiang Agricultural College.

1960 ——1990 used to be a professor of horticulture at Zhejiang Agricultural University and served as the head of the department.

1978 ——1988 was the vice chairman of the third, fourth and fifth sessions of China Horticultural Society and the chairman of Zhejiang Horticultural Society.

1981-1990, member of the first and second evaluation groups of agricultural disciplines of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee.

1987 ——1989 served as the head of the national vegetable expert advisory group of the Ministry of Agriculture.

1990 12 died in Hangzhou.
