Yi Zhongtian, 1948 was born in Changsha, Hunan Province, 198 1 graduated from Wuhan University with a master's degree in literature and stayed as a teacher. He is currently a professor at the School of Humanities, Xiamen University. He has been engaged in literature, art, aesthetics, psychology, anthropology and history for a long time. He has written essays on aesthetic thoughts, anthropology of art and other works.
