The meeting decided to appoint Dong Baotong as the deputy mayor of Qujing Municipal People's Government and decided to be the acting mayor of Qujing Municipal People's Government.

On July 29th, 20 15, Dong Baotong was elected as the mayor of Qujing Municipal People's Government at the fourth meeting of the Fourth People's Congress of Qujing City.
