What does the interviewer mean by drawing a triangle on his resume?
This is the mark made by the interviewer. Because companies and interviewers are different, the marks they make often have different meanings. For example, they may use marks to filter, put aside the unmarked ones and only look at the marked ones. If more people are marked, they will further screen out employees for admission. If there are not enough marks, they will screen the unmarked people until they are satisfied (screening here refers to all post-interview screening).
