In order to meet the needs of the development of education in Laiyang, with the approval of the municipal government, Laiyang plans to openly recruit full-time colleges and universities for the society in 20 13 years according to the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Shandong Province (Lu Renfa [2006] No.23) and the Implementation Rules for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Yantai City (for Trial Implementation) (Yan Ren [2007] No.58). The announcement is as follows:

I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and enjoying the political rights of citizens;

(2) Support China's leadership and love socialism;

(three) law-abiding, moral integrity, love of education, with the quality and related skills engaged in education and teaching;

(4) Being in good health, meeting the physical examination standards for post employment, and under 30 years old (born after 1983 1);

(5) Having a postgraduate degree or a master's degree or above in full-time colleges and universities (including returned overseas students and graduates of 20 13 full-time colleges and universities);

(6) Other qualifications required for the recruitment position.

Applicants should have the qualification certificate of ordinary senior high school teachers (Japanese teacher positions are not limited); The majors included in the academic certificate should be consistent with the professional requirements of the positions applied for; Fresh graduates must graduate before July 20 13 and obtain corresponding degrees; Returned overseas students are required to submit academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education authorized by the Ministry of Education; Directional and entrusted fresh graduates must obtain the consent of the directional and entrusted units to apply for the exam; Graduates who have been employed or signed an employment agreement need a certificate from the employer agreeing to enter the examination. Primary and secondary school teachers must obtain the consent of the administrative department of education at or above the county level. According to the Interim Provisions on Avoidance of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government, Avoidance of Civil Servants and Avoidance of Recruitment in Institutions, applicants are not allowed to apply for positions with which relatives should be avoided.

Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen, persons who have received criminal punishment and have been expelled from public office, persons who have been formally employed by government agencies and institutions, persons who were found to have cheated in the civil service examinations at all levels and the open recruitment of institutions from 2009 to 20 13, and persons who are not allowed to apply according to laws and regulations cannot apply for the exam.

Second, the recruitment position and plan

After the registration, the recruitment plan will be reduced at the ratio of 1:3 for positions with less than three times the number of applicants. Three. Recruitment methods and procedures

(1) Registration and qualification examination

2. Registration method

Applicants are limited to one recruitment position each. To apply for registration, the following materials shall be submitted:

Step 3 Confirm on site

On April/0/9, I went to the Political Engineering Department of Laiyang Municipal Education and Sports Bureau for on-site confirmation. On-site confirmation, the applicant needs to bring "2. Fill in the letter of commitment for the integrity of the colleges and universities on the spot and handle the interview notice. There is no examination fee for the interview.

(2) Interview

The qualification examination shall be conducted by unified time, centralized examination and on-site confirmation. Qualified candidates attend the interview with the interview notice. The interview is organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, mainly to examine the professional ability of the candidates. The interview is scheduled for April 20, 20 12, in the form of a lecture (in front of the judges, the time is 15 minutes), and the class type is a new lecture (mental health education is required separately). The contents of the lectures given by math teachers, physics teachers, chemistry teachers, biology teachers, geography teachers, physics teachers, politics teachers and history teachers in No.1 Middle School are the current high school textbooks (among them, mathematics, physics, biology and politics are compulsory textbooks for senior high schools published by People's Education Press, chemistry for senior high schools published by Luco, geography for senior high schools published by Shandong Education Press, and history for senior high schools published by Yuelu).

Lecture for Nine Japanese Teachers in China consists of two volumes with 48 lessons (People's Education Press).

The interview form of mental health teachers in No.9 Middle School is to organize an activity class, and there is no fixed teaching material. Topics include: freshmen's school adaptation, self-cognition, interpersonal communication, self-confidence, learning strategies, adolescent psychology, emotional management, heterosexual communication, learning motivation, study habits, stress management, exam strategies, exam relaxation, career planning, etc.

Multimedia courseware is not allowed in the interview. The interview location and other related matters will be notified separately.

(3) Physical examination and evaluation

After the interview, according to the employer and the post, the medical examiner will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. As the candidates of a position have the same grades, they are interviewed in the order of doctor, master, 2 1 1 engineering college graduates and ordinary college graduates. If it is still uncertain, the examiner shall be organized to put it forward again.

The physical examination refers to the provisions of the general standards for the physical examination of civil servants (for Trial Implementation), the manual for the physical examination of civil servants (for Trial Implementation), the notice on revision and the special standards for the physical examination of civil servants (for Trial Implementation) and other standard conditions. If there are other provisions in the state, those provisions shall prevail. The medical examination shall be organized by the recruitment department to the designated hospital for medical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the applicants (the medical examination expenses for rural poor family graduates and urban subsistence allowances shall be borne by the recruitment unit). The above-mentioned personnel must bring relevant certification materials for confirmation and reduction procedures when registering. Proof materials include: college students from urban low-income families, minimum living guarantee certificate or low guarantee copy issued by the civil affairs department of the county (district, city) where the family is located; Poor rural college students should submit the poverty certificate issued by the poverty alleviation department of the county (district, city) where their families are located, the file card of the basic situation of poor families and its copy, or the Employment Service Card for College Graduates from Poor Families in Shandong Province issued by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Education. Free candidates submit relevant materials at the time of registration, and incomplete proof materials will not be confirmed). If the applicant fails to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time without the consent of the competent physical examination authority, it shall be deemed as abstention. Applicants who resort to deceit or conceal the real situation during the medical examination, resulting in distorted medical examination results, will be disqualified. If the employer and the candidates have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination, they shall refer to the relevant provisions of the medical examination of civil servants and put forward a written re-examination request to the recruitment authorities within seven days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. More than seven days is deemed to agree with the conclusion of the medical examination. After receiving a written application, the recruitment department shall organize candidates to go to the designated hospital for re-examination and make a re-examination conclusion. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. The reinspection fee shall be borne by the unit or individual requesting reinspection.

The assessment work is organized by the competent department of the recruiting unit. The competent department of the recruitment unit shall set up an assessment working group, each group consisting of more than 2 staff members, which shall be responsible for the assessment work. According to the standards of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of recruitment positions, the assessment comprehensively understands the political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid, and reviews the qualifications of the assessed object. If you fail to pass the examination or find fraud in the application process, you will not be hired or cancelled. The evaluation team shall seek truth from facts, objectively and fairly evaluate the evaluated object, and write a written evaluation opinion. If the state has other provisions on the assessment criteria for recruitment posts, those provisions shall prevail.

Vacancies caused by unqualified personnel in physical examination and assessment can be filled in equal amounts according to the results produced by other qualified interviewers who have entered the same position. Those who pass the physical examination and assessment will be publicized on the website of Laiyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the management authority. For the fresh graduates who have not graduated, the employer shall sign an employment agreement with them, and after the candidates graduate on schedule and obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degrees, they shall go through the employment formalities according to the regulations. Candidates who fail to graduate on schedule and obtain corresponding academic qualifications, degrees or unqualified personnel files will be disqualified, and there will be no other replacement for this position.

(4) Employment

The competent department of the recruiting unit shall fill in the Summary Form of Employed Persons in Institutions and the Registration Form of Employed Persons in Institutions, and report it to Laiyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record. In line with the employment conditions, the Laiyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the Notice of Recruiting Personnel in Institutions, and the personnel to be hired shall go through the relevant transfer and dispatch procedures with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel in Institutions. Candidates who fail to report at the specified time will be disqualified. The recruiting unit shall sign the employment contract with the employed personnel according to the regulations, and the employed personnel shall implement the probation system. Those who fail to pass the probation period will terminate the employment contract and enter the talent market to choose their own jobs.
