Wu Fenghua, 1970, born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is a student of Shaoxing Opera School, studied under Fan Ruijuan, a member of Chinese Dramatists Association, a national first-class actor, and a representative inheritor of intangible cultural heritage in Zhejiang Province. He is currently the secretary and deputy director of the Party branch of Hua Xiaobai Yue Opera Art Learning Center in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, the vice chairman of Zhejiang Dramatists Association and the chairman of Shaoxing Dramatists Association.
He has performed in Taiwan Province, Tianjin and Hongkong for many times, covering Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Sichuan, Hunan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and covering half of China.
