He is currently the deputy secretary and mayor of the Party Committee of Jiangshan Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City.

He used to be the deputy secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, a member of the Party Committee of Tangxi Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City (politics and law), and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Yunlong Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City. The person in charge of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) Town People's Government is elected and removed by the Town People's Congress. There are different rules before and after the term of office. The term of office is 2 years before 1982 and 3 years after 1982.
