No. Tang Kai (1916-1August 26th, 999), male, Han nationality, from Huangpi County, Hubei Province (now Caidian Township, huangpi district, Wuhan City), 19365438 joined the Communist Youth League of China and joined the Red Army of Workers and Peasants in the same year. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he successively served as monitor, assistant instructor, commander of military security forces, head and political commissar, staff officer of the North Command, and political commissar of the regiment, and participated in the anti-encirclement campaign and the arduous Long March in the Hubei, Henan and Anhui Soviet areas. Comrade Tang Kai was born in Huangpi County, Hubei Province, and has no Vietnamese ancestry.
