2 reporting conditions

-Intermediate (one of the following conditions)

-Advanced (one of the following conditions)

-Technician (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of this profession, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by this professional technician to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously after obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of this occupation.

(3) Graduates of this occupation (major) and graduates of this major or related majors have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining this occupation qualification certificate.

-Senior technician (meeting one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional technician, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 2 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional senior technician to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional technician, he has been engaged in this professional work for more than 4 years.

Three identification methods

It is divided into theoretical knowledge test and skill operation test. The theoretical knowledge test adopts the closed-book written test method, and the skill operation test adopts the on-site practical operation method. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation test adopt the 100 scoring system, and the score above 60 is qualified. 4 the ratio of examiners and candidates

5 recognition time

When boring and reaming, it is not allowed to observe the cutting situation near the machining hole, and it is not difficult to take things by rotating the boring bar.

6. When using the self-made flat rotary cutter head for cutting, screw should be tightened, and it is forbidden to stand opposite or show it to him, so as to prevent the cutter head screw and oblique iron from being thrown out and hurting people, and special attention should be paid to prevent accidents caused by strangling clothes.

7. When the workbench starts to rotate automatically, the boring bar must be retracted, and no one is allowed to stand on the workbench. When two or more people operate the boring machine, they should be in close contact and cooperate with each other, and under the unified command of the main "operator".
