Zhang Ruina Castle Winery is one of the urban agricultural projects implemented in Qinhan New Town in Xianyang West New District. The layout and functional orientation of wineries are highly adapted to the planning and requirements of Xixian New Area. There are some standardized vineyards in the overall design of the winery, which can provide tourists with natural modern pastoral scenery and sightseeing, improve the ecological environment, enhance the comprehensive benefits of agriculture, and maximize the benign interaction and sustainable development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries. In the construction of the project, Xixian New Area Management Committee attached great importance to and supported it, and Xianyang Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, Weicheng District Committee and District Government gave strong support. As the first international professional wine winery in Shaanxi, the winery held its commissioning ceremony on October 9th, 20 13, and it is expected to officially open in the first half of 20 14.
