Inner Mongolia, born in 1947. He likes sports since he was a child. During the period of 1964~ 1988, he was an athlete of the Inner Mongolia football team and the Air Force football team, and served as the sports staff of the Seventh Aviation Division and the head coach of the Inner Mongolia football team. 1988 started to learn fishing in summer, 199 1 started to participate in national competitions. Since he went to the national fishing competition, he has won three championships, 1 runner-up, two runners-up, three fourth, and five or six each.

1994 Yang Ming was awarded the title of "Top Ten National Fishing Athletes" and 1998 was awarded the title of "National Third Class Fishing Master" by the former China Fishing Association. He also served as a judge of the former China Fishing Association Technical Grade Evaluation Committee, and participated in the "Fishing Competition Organization Measures and Competition Rules" of Grassland China Fishing Association; At present, he is the deputy secretary-general of Inner Mongolia Fishing Association, and his wish is to "cultivate new people and improve the overall fishing level in Inner Mongolia".
