Material preparation:

1. A personal photo (of course it looks better! )

2. Material pictures of bamboo leaves. I'm going to make a cover with a green theme. I believe that cool colors will make the boss like it better. The quality of the picture should be as high as possible. The following two pictures were taken by the author with a digital camera.

Creation tool: PS 7.0/CS

1. Open PS, create a new blank document, and name it? Cover. psd? The width and height are 42 cm and 29.7 cm respectively, and the resolution is 300 pixels/inch. Mode is CMYK mode. Click the menu? Opinion? Ruler? , bring up the scale. Click the menu? Opinion? New reference line? , pop up? Reference line? Dialog box, direction? Choice? Vertical? , in? Location? After input? 2 1? After confirmation, a vertical blue reference line will appear in the center of the picture, so that we can distinguish the front cover from the back cover.

2. choose? Rectangular tool? Draw a rectangle with the width of 1cm on the right side of the reference line. The color is grayish green (RGB:194,202, 193). What is the pattern? Darken? (as shown in figure 1), what is the transparency? 90? . Choice? Brush tool? , choose? Rectangular? 18 pixel strokes with a spacing of 240%. Draw a dotted line on the right side of the rectangle you just drew to set the color deeper. The color matching of this work mainly uses similar colors, which makes the overall feeling more harmonious.

3. Open the bamboo leaf material and drag it in? Cover. psd? , click the menu? Editor? Free transformation? Change the size and position of the bamboo leaf picture. ? Free transformation? Is a common tool in PS, use? Ctrl T? Shortcuts are more convenient to call out. Set the level of the picture? Bamboo leaves? Above. Use? Text tools? Type a title and some text information. In words? Introduce yourself? Use it next? Rectangular tool? Draw a rectangular base plate. Finally, create a new layer and use? Elliptical marquee tool? Circle a circular constituency and click the menu? Editor? Stroke? , set the width to? 2 pixels? , the color is light green, and the cover is shown in Figure 2.

4. Create a new file with the width and height of 1 pixel and 5 pixels respectively. Content? For transparency? Are you sure? . News? Ctr? Enlarge the picture view and draw a white rectangle at one third (as shown in Figure 3).

Select all pictures (? Ctrl A? ), click the menu? Editor? Define the pattern? PS will store the picture as a filled sample. Close the chart without saving.

Back? Cover. psd? , a new layer named? White stripes? . Used to the left of the reference line? Rectangular marquee tool? Draw a rectangular selection and click menu? Editor? Fill? , select the picture that has just been defined as a fill sample, and then press? Are you sure? . The effect is shown in Figure 3. Changing the color of the lower layer can change the effect of stripe display, because stripe species are transparent except white.

PS: Make a rectangle at-1/3 of your resume.

5. in? Bamboo leaves? For hierarchy? Wand? Click the blank space of the tool, and then click menu? Choice? Reverse election? , get a bamboo leaf-shaped constituency. Back? White stripes? Layer, click menu? Choice? Change constituencies? Adjust the position and size of the selection, press the delete key, and the rectangle with white stripes will become a hollow bamboo leaf. Finally, execute the menu at this level? Editor? Transformation? Horizontal flip? Turn it over. Add a gradient background from green to white under this layer, or add some geometric patterns. The author put a small maze to add some interest. We can also do a better job of hollowing out bamboo leaves: add vector layer mask (menu? Layer? Add layer mask? Show all? ), and then fill a gradient in the mask to make the bamboo leaves look more layered. The front cover and back cover effect is shown in Figure 4.

6. Click on the menu? Images? Canvas size? , increase the height to 39.7 cm, and the positioning mode is shown in Figure 5.

I won't go into details about the specific design. The final product is shown in Figure 6. After printing, cut it along the red line with a utility knife (don't add the red line when making it), then fold it in half and stick it with double-sided tape, and the cover of a personal profile is completed. After opening it, my photos and introduction are presented on the left, and copies of various certificates opened by 16 are displayed in the small bag on the right.
