Zhang Qingsong was born in 1965, Henan province. He studied in Peking University and graduated from graduate department, People's Bank of China. He joined the Bank of China from 65438 to 0990 and worked for 28 years until he was transferred to the Export-Import Bank.
While working in Bank of China, Zhang Qingsong has worked in many departments and overseas. Among them, 201/kloc-0 served as the general manager of Singapore branch at the end of 201and returned to China as the general manager of payment and settlement department at the beginning of 20 14.

In September, 2022, the State Council appointed and removed national staff: Zhang Qingsong was appointed as the deputy governor of the People's Bank of China.
