According to the records in the judgment, after Yang Ming met the victim Wang Moumou in 1993, the two sides had sex many times. Defendant Yang Ming fell in love with Yang in Chengguan Town of Guangdong during Wang's working in Guangdong.

After learning of cohabitation, Wang returned to Tianzhu County and found Yang Ming on the evening of199565438+1October 2 1. When the two had a quarrel, Yang Ming couldn't get rid of Wang Moumou, so he started to kill and took Wang Moumou to the karaoke room on the first floor of his home. At about 0: 00 am the next day, Yang Ming strangled Wang and dumped his body in the sewer near his residence.

On March 4th, 1998, the Guizhou Provincial High Court ruled to maintain Yang Ming's death penalty. After the expiration of the reprieve test, Yang Ming was reduced to life imprisonment.

The Intermediate People's Court of Qiandongnan found Yang Ming guilty of intentional homicide in the first instance, sentenced him to death, suspended for two years, and deprived him of political rights for life. The Higher People's Court of Guizhou Province made a second-instance ruling on March 1998, and upheld the original judgment.
