Operation flow of export goods consigned by sea (container)
(1) The freight forwarder at the exporter's location handles the relevant formalities of cargo transportation, and the power of attorney of the exporter authorizes the freight forwarder to handle the formalities of cargo transportation; There is a long-term principal-agent agreement between exporters with long-term cooperative relations and freight forwarding enterprises.

(2) The forwarder accepts the entrustment of the exporter, fills in the consignment note according to the exporter's transportation requirements, and applies to the shipping agent or directly to the shipping company or its business office for booking the shipping space.

(3) After the shipping company agrees to carry the goods, the shipping agent designates the name of the ship, and after checking the contents of the waybill and consignment note, the waybill and stowage receipt are returned to the shipper, requiring the shipper to deliver the goods to the designated dock warehouse within the specified time.

(4) The forwarder informs the exporter that the shipping space has been reserved.

(5) Exporters or their freight forwarders pick up empty containers from the shipping company's empty container yard according to the quantity specified in the booking. The packaging methods can be divided into three types: door-to-door, inner packaging and self-pulling and self-delivering.

(6) After booking the shipping space, the exporter shall go through the commodity inspection formalities according to the law or the agreement between the buyer and the seller. After the commodity inspection authorities pass the inspection, they will issue a customs clearance form for export goods.

(7) The exporter declares to the customs, and after passing the customs inspection, the exporter affixes the release form on the loading list, and the goods declaration is completed.

(8) The exporter himself or the entrusted freight forwarder will deliver the declared goods to the dock warehouse within the specified time and hand them over to the tally company to complete the cargo collection task in the port.

(9) After receiving the specified goods, the dock yard will issue a dock receipt to the freight forwarder.

(10) The goods to be transported shall be loaded on the designated cargo ship as required.

(1 1) The freight forwarder exchanges the original ocean bill of lading and the dock receipt to the shipping agent. At this point, the consignment formalities for the export of goods are over, and the exporter holds the ocean bill of lading and prepares all the documents needed for settlement of foreign exchange to the bank.

(12) The shipping company transports the goods to the importing country and sends the arrival notice to the importer.

(13) The importer takes delivery from the shipping company with the original bill of lading, and the shipping company delivers the goods.
