Han Zaifen, director of Zaifen Huangmei Art Theatre in Anqing City, Anhui Province (formerly the Second Group of Huangmei Opera in Anqing City),1March 20, 968 (February 22 of the lunar calendar), was born in Qianshan County, Anhui Province. He is currently the deputy of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress and the vice chairman of the Chinese Dramatists Association.
