Li Rongcan, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1966, a native of Shaoxing, Zhejiang, joined China in March, 1987, graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from university of international business and economics. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial Party Committee, Vice Governor of Provincial People's Government and Party Group.
