Fan Ying (born 1983), a native of Pingdingshan, graduated from PLA Art College. He plays Liu Qi, the eldest son of Liu Biao, in the new version of Three Kingdoms, and Shuishui in Snow Leopard.

Fan Ying studied in Pingdingshan No.8 Middle School, entered the Provincial Art School at the age of 15, and was admitted to the PLA Art College at the age of 18. At the age of 20, Fan Ying began to shoot TV series in his junior year. Love between Wulan and Qimu is his first TV series, and he won the title of excellent student during his four years in college. After graduating in 2005, Fan Ying stayed in Beijing and took on one TV series after another.
