It not only solved the employment of a large number of young people in China, but also played a great role in promoting the development of baking industry in China: in 2002, he established "Senpai Food Co., Ltd.", which integrates utensils, raw materials and training; In 2006, "Suzhou Wilson Art West Point Cake School" was established, and this major was opened in relevant universities in major cities in China to alleviate the shortage of baking talents in China. Mr. Wilson has been baking for more than 20 years. In the long-term research, production and management process, he created his own baking techniques and decorative art style of West Point, which has a strong influence in the industry.

China West Point is a famous expert in decoration and application, a member of the expert committee of the National Baking Industry Association, the chairman of the expert committee of baking magazines, a national judge, a national referee, and the editorial boards of three magazines: China Baking, China Baking and Modern Baking. He has written dozens of professional books and hundreds of professional CDs.
